Account & Data Deletion
Warning: Deleting your account will permanently erase your trial status, saved settings, and any cloud data associated with your email. This action cannot be undone.
To comply with Google Play's Data Safety guidelines, we provide a simple, secure way to request the complete deletion of your account and data from our Firebase servers.
Method 1: Delete via the App (Fastest)
- Open the GAAP App on your Android device.
- Navigate to the Settings menu.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm your choice. Your data will be wiped immediately from our servers.
Method 2: Email Request
If you have already uninstalled the app and wish to delete your account data, you can request manual deletion.
- Send an email to victorhantelmann@gmail.com.
- Important: You MUST send the email from the exact email address you used to register the app, so we can verify your identity.
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
- We will process your request and delete your Firebase data within 3 business days.
