1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the GAAP Android App ("the App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.

2. Subscription, Ads, and In-App Purchases

The App operates on a freemium model designed to balance free testing with ongoing development support. By using the App, you agree to the following monetization structure:

• 15-Day Free Trial: Upon first installation, you must register your email. This data is stored strictly to track your 15-day testing period across any potential reinstalls. During these 15 days, the App will run entirely free of commercials.
• Ad-Supported Tier: Once the 15-day free testing period has passed, the App will start displaying commercials. These commercials may disrupt the functionality of the App.
• Premium Subscription: To remove all commercials and ensure the functionality of the App remains entirely undisturbed, users must subscribe. Registration and an active subscription are required to gain access to the Premium Effect Store.
• Premium Effects (IAP): Users who are both registered and actively subscribed are allowed to buy individual DSP effects. Once purchased, the specific effect is remembered and linked to your account forever, provided you do not unsubscribe from the Premium Subscription.

3. Payment processing and Refund Policy

All transactions, subscriptions, and billing data are securely managed by the Google Play Store. We do not store or process payment information directly.

• Cancellations: You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play Account settings. Uninstalling the app does not automatically stop a subscription.
• Refunds: Within the first 48 hours of an initial purchase, refunds are handled automatically by Google Play. After 48 hours, you must contact our support email directly. You must provide a valid Google Play Order ID (GPA.XXXX-XXXX...) to request a manual refund. Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of the developer based on technical faults or extenuating circumstances.

4. AI Drum Sequencer Usage

The App utilizes AI to generate rhythm tracks. These tracks are generated using cloud services (Firebase). While you are free to use generated tracks for personal or commercial musical projects, you may not resell the raw isolated tracks as a sample pack.

5. Liability

The App is provided "as is". We are not liable for any hearing damage, equipment damage, or data loss that may occur while using the App. Always start with your volume low when testing new DSP configurations!

6. Changes to This Agreement

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
