1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the GAAP Android App ("the App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.

2. Subscriptions, Lifetime Ownership, and Free Ad-Supported Tier

The App operates on a transparent, professional model designed to support ongoing development while offering accessible practice tools for every guitarist:

• 15-Day Free Trial: Upon first installation, all users enjoy a 100% clean, ad-free onboarding period lasting 15 calendar days. During these 15 days, the App runs entirely free of banners and interstitial commercials.
• Free Ad-Supported Tier (After 15 Days): Once the 15-day testing period concludes, users may continue using the free version supported by a collapsible bottom banner and natural session-pause commercials. High-value actions (generating AI tracks or changing factory songs) require viewing a rewarded video ad.
• 60-Minute Timed Audition Passes: Free users can unlock any premium boutique DSP model for a 60-minute rehearsal session by watching a short rewarded video ad. Passes are protected against time manipulation and include soft-expiry safeguards so audio is never cut mid-measure.
• GAAP Pro Subscriptions (1 Month, 1 Year): Users can subscribe to GAAP Pro to remove 100% of all commercials, unlock all 54 boutique DSP models, preamps, power amps, and cabinet IRs, and enjoy unlimited offline generative AI backing track synthesis with zero interruptions.
• Lifetime Studio Pass (One-Time Purchase): For musicians seeking permanent studio ownership without recurring fees, the Lifetime Pass grants all present and future Pro features forever with a single payment.

3. Payment processing and Refund Policy

All transactions, subscriptions, and billing data are securely managed by Google Play Billing. We do not store or process payment card information directly.

• Cancellations: You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play Account settings (Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions). Uninstalling the app does not automatically stop a Google Play subscription.
• Refunds: Within the first 48 hours of an initial purchase, refunds are handled automatically by Google Play. After 48 hours, you may contact our support email directly with your valid Google Play Order ID (GPA.XXXX-XXXX...).

4. AI Drum Sequencer Usage

The App utilizes AI to generate rhythm tracks. These tracks are generated using cloud services (Firebase). While you are free to use generated tracks for personal or commercial musical projects, you may not resell the raw isolated tracks as a sample pack.

5. Liability

The App is provided "as is". We are not liable for any hearing damage, equipment damage, or data loss that may occur while using the App. Always start with your volume low when testing new DSP configurations!

6. Changes to This Agreement

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
